Public Works Supervisor Level Three

PWI Level III introduces the student to the further management skills, resource management, contract law & legislation, creating the future and Municipal Finance.  Topics covered include delegation, mentoring and working with multiple generations, creating work plans, contract regulations, administering contracts and legislation, strategic planning, basic project management, creating the future, business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Cost is $995 includes materials and coffee
